Radu is emotionally fucked up. He's been pretty much broken completely, had his world view shattered a few times, has died twice in canon, is a traitor but not…and is literally at the mercy of Dietrich who put him back together after he was blown apart although that's kind of fake-sciencey and physical.
Chikusa's soul, I imagine, is probably very…flat. There is little that shakes him, and the vast majority of him is an extremely strong loyalty to Mukuro. There might be rough spots left over from childhood trauma of being experimented on.

Raikou has a lot of guilt over killing and being the reason his family is dead. He also cares a LOT about Gau and his sister and … being a samurai?

Has a LOT of power, has seen a lot of death, dying, but is unshakably determined to complete his goal of saving his best friend. There's a lot of grief, pain, and regret. …And fear. But that's buried under everything else.
Kurei's soul is a phoenix made of fire. …this is kind of canon-ish. Basically, Kurei's one of the rare Flame Masters, who's fire-ability manifests in an animal thing. …Of course, Kurei also merged his phoenix with his dead girlfriend's soul so maybe it looks more like a naked chick with wings. I don't know if this would show up as three souls or one?!
Kougaiji wants to save his mother, above all else. But he's also a giant woobie and loves his subordinates. He's proud but gentle, charismatic… And holds a high respect for powerful fighters. People that can match him, really.
