Sieg is a potential yes to everything. I'm fine with it as long as it's a consequence of him losing in a fight with Stein, if something like that ever happened? Since he's not helpless and can defend himself. Like, complete opposite of Yui where it should have SRS BSNS involved, pretty much.

Rika is an always yes for horrible things happening to her and canon likes vivisecting people anyway. A few points: She's ten, and physically mostly a normal human, so I kind of doubt she'll be high on the vivisection list. She will also respond to non-consensual experimentation that she feels could be an ongoing threat by manipulating the situation so that it doesn't happen again so you probably want to talk it over with me if that happens!

Ferdinand is a no go for serious badtouch, but he wouldn't even notice the small stuff and therefore I think it would be hilarious.
